Clayd is a digital service that uses artificial intelligence to generate pottery mockup images based on your uploaded photos and design specifications. The Service provides:
IMPORTANT: This is a digital service only. You will NOT receive any physical products, pottery items, or tangible goods. All deliverables are digital files (images and instructions) only.
To use the Service, you must create an account and purchase credits. Each mockup generation consumes credits from your account balance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate mockup images. You acknowledge and agree that:

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to process your images for the purpose of generating mockups. The generated mockup images are provided to you for your personal or commercial use. However, you may not resell or redistribute the Service itself.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAYD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If you experience technical issues, errors, or problems with the Service that prevent you from receiving your mockups, please contact our support team. We will investigate and may provide assistance, credit refunds, or regenerate mockups on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
However, dissatisfaction with AI-generated results due to the inherent limitations of the technology (as described in Section 4) does not constitute grounds for refunds or additional credits.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clayd operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
